The Visual Element Designer is the multi discipline design tool that provides a comprehensive set of features and functionality that allow for a wide spectrum of applications to be addressed. It supports a broad array of elements types and render targets .  The user interface takes a compositional parametric approach so that all properties and operations are virtualized and can be changed at any point.
